Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and Scope These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Konuk Reklam Pazarlama ve Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company", "We", "Us"), the legal owner and operator of the SellfSuite ecosystem and all its subsidiary software products including but not limited to Sellf Recruit, SellfScale, SellfCompete, SellfTask, and SellfSync (collectively, the "Services"), and the person or entity accessing or using the Services ("User", "You"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. All mentioned software products are official subsidiaries and operations of the Company.

2. Description of Services and AI Disclaimer SellfSuite is a SaaS (Software as a Service) ecosystem providing AI-powered recruitment, data analysis, and digital agency automation tools.

AI Disclaimer: Our Services utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to process data. The results generated operate on probabilistic algorithms. The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or hiring success regarding AI-provided candidate matches, summaries, or analyses. The final decision-making and verification responsibility rests entirely with the User.

3. Account Registration and Security You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to register for the Services. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account (including passwords and API keys). The Company cannot be held liable for any actions taken under your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Payment Infrastructure: Payment transactions are securely processed through our authorized merchant of record (e.g., Paddle).
Credit System: Operations in Sellf Recruit and other AI-based tools are charged on a "Credit" or "Subscription" basis. Purchased credits are non-transferable and, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, strictly non-refundable.

5. Data Scraping and Usage Limits The use of automated bots, reverse engineering, or malicious data scraping activities that disrupt the operation of the Services or overload our servers is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account immediately without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konuk Reklam Pazarlama ve Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul.
